You must reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of your appointment due to hectic travel schedule.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit or hair purchase to secure your date and time. The cost of your deposit is determined by the service you choose. The installation deposit or hair purchase can be paid in-person if I am in your city, with Zelle, online or over the phone using a credit card. When paying a deposit, the fee goes toward your final balance for service. After your consultation, the next step is scheduling. I like you to feel informed and comfortable to book at your own time. If you would like to reschedule (even during the 72 hour cancellation period, your deposit still remains non-refundable) a portion of your paid deposit will be deducted for a reschedule fee and balance applied to future appointment date.
All hair sales are FINAL! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
