Your agreement 

In the event that I decide to not keep the hair or loc extensions, I am fully responsible for the total payment of service rendered, and also understand the explanation of the entire process and procedure. I am aware that if I use products other than the products are suggested my hair may tangle, be damaged, shed and/or mat. I am aware that purchased hair must be paid in full before service is performed and that the hair is non-refundable. I am also aware that for the best result they should remain in my hair for at least 10 days. If I would like to remove my extensions before these 10 days, the charge for removal is not included in the original fee. Other additional services hair cuts hair coloring is not included in the original service price. Removal will cost $100 per hour. And if I wish to have another style done I will pay a discounted rate 15%. For the service to be added. I have been given instructions on how to care and maintain my style. I will not hold-Extended Image Extensions, Co. responsible for any breakage or removal due to the extensions. I will not chemically process the hair at home. I am aware of installation information and home maintenance needed to provide health and growth of my hair.
